20 Minute Land Lesson
For beginners, those who haven’t surfed in a while, anyone who wants a refresher on pop-up and paddling techniques, suggestions on what to work on, information on conditions and where to go before renting gear, and all you need to know about surfing in Venice, a 20 min land lesson is a great way to get up to speed with the current conditions, including all the basics and safely too.
$40 per person
At least half of payment must be made in advance as a deposit to confirm time slot. Cancellations must occur up to 48 hours prior to the lesson or deposit is forfeited. All lesson purchases expire one year from purchase date.

Sunrise Surf: A typical beginner lesson starts with wetsuit sizing, then we walk to the beach with boards while discussing safety. At the water's edge, we practice the pop-up technique on the sand, breaking it down into simple steps. We'll cover surf etiquette, right of way, and how to avoid other surfers.
